Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist / Online Concierge supports the marketing team throughout the entire marketing process while serving as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers exploring the new home communities online. This dual-role position is essential to creating a positive first impression of the brand while ensuring seamless marketing execution across all channels.
Responsibilities
Engage with online visitors, manage inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule appointments, while contributing to digital content creation, campaign management, and general marketing operations. The ability to balance customer-facing communication with behind-the-scenes marketing support is key to your success in this role.
- Responding promptly and professionally to online inquiries through web forms, chat, social media, and email
- Engaging and qualifying online leads, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments with the sales team
- Managing website content, including promotions, inventory updates, and search engine optimization
- Creating, editing, and maintaining marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, booklets, infographics, videos, and signage
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events
- Drafting and sending email marketing campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness
- Updating and managing social media platforms using approved content; measuring and reporting campaign performance
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date profiles on third-party websites such as Zillow.com, Realtor.com, etc.
- Generating ideas and supporting strategy development for new marketing initiatives aligned with the homebuilding industry
- Coordinating with the sales team to understand and support community-specific marketing needs, including traffic-driving ideas and material requests
- Visiting communities and model homes to ensure brand consistency and marketing excellence; tracking and managing signage
- Attending neighborhood meetings and community events (which may include occasional weekends) to provide marketing support and materials
- Organizing marketing assets, managing the marketing calendar, coordinating with vendors, and performing general administrative support
- Providing regular feedback from customer interactions and marketing performance to support continual improvement
- Supporting other projects and performing additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Marketing or business degree or related field
- 3 years of marketing experience
- A strong communicator – clearly and professionally express thoughts in conversation and in writing
