You are a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for business development. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role where you can leverage your technical knowledge of inspection services to provide value-driven solutions. You excel at building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals in the oil and gas sector. You are confident in consultative selling, strategic negotiations, and working closely with technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Above all, you are a self-starter who takes ownership of the sales process, exceeds targets, and drives growth in a rapidly evolving industry.

What You'll Be Responsible For :

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within downstream oil and gas markets (refineries, petrochemical plants, terminals, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure services align with customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and networking events.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership to refine service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and branding efforts.
  • Technical Knowledge & Support

  • Understand and articulate the benefits of robotic inspection methods, corrosion mapping, and advanced analytics.
  • Stay updated on API, ASNT, and other industry standards for robotic and advanced inspections.
  • Assist in client demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments for robotic technologies.
  • Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • We encourage the following qualifications :

    Experience :

  • 3-7 years of sales or similar experience in oil and gas inspection services (API, NDT, Mechanical Integrity, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of downstream operations, including refineries, pipelines, and storage terminals.
  • Existing network and relationships within the downstream sector highly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Proven ability to generate new business and meet / exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical understanding of inspection methods (API 570, various NDT methods, advanced inspection techniques).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
