What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member-Back of House position at Arizona and Ocotillo?
Introduction

By joining us, you would become part of not only the Phoenix area’s newest Chick-fil-A restaurant, but also an incredible network of team members across the country who have played a role in making the Chick-fil-A experience what it is today. That experience is centered around both food and service that is consistently of the highest quality.
At Chick-fil-A, we strive to Create Raving Fans by delivering “REMARK”able experiences. This begins with a core purpose of striving to have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Chick-fil-A.
There are a number of avenues to Create Raving Fans and deliver “REMARK”able experiences, but it all begins by having Raving Fans behind the counter and in the kitchen.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for energetic, positive Team Members to join our back (or heart) of house team. Ideal candidates will exhibit the following behaviors :
- A positive attitude; someone who sees opportunity and potential in a variety of situations / scenarios.
- Someone who is courteous and polite : uses “please, excuse me” and “my pleasure” when interacting with suppliers, third parties, and guests.
- A willingness to learn new tasks – a teachable spirit.
- A person that can demonstrate taking initiative in any situation, proactively anticipating the needs of guests and other Team Members.
- A hard worker that is able to multitask and perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
