Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, information, and assistance related to our flooring products and services. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Follow and enable a culture where Arizona Home and Appliance Core Values come to life.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers in-person, over the phone, or via email regarding flooring products, pricing, availability, and installation services.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's flooring product offerings, including features, benefits, and installation processes, to assist customers effectively.
- Accurately process customer orders for flooring products, ensuring all details are correct and that orders are promptly entered into the company's system.
- Prepare and provide pricing quotations for flooring products and repair services based on customer requirements and preferences.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to flooring products or services in a timely and professional manner.
- Book appointments for flooring repair installations and deliveries, ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
- Assist customers in selecting flooring samples, ensuring they have access to a variety of options to make informed decisions for repairs or replacements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using order processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with flooring materials, installation processes, and industry terminology is advantageous
