We are a seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Coordinator to join our team.
The role of the Remote therapeutic monitoring department in AARA is to report staff time tracking, report number of referrals being entered as well as entering any missing referrals, documenting / reporting flares, and assisting staff, Providers and patients through Luma, NextGen, email, and Rheumera portal for any RTM needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Documenting / submitting Flares in NextGen to appropriate team
- Completing Rheumera messages
- Assist pts in Luma with questions about Rheumera
- Entering referrals
- Assisting with manually entering missing pts in Rheumera
