The Opportunity
We’re seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our established Colorectal Surgery team. You'll work closely with our highly regarded surgeons, supporting patients through a wide range of complex and rewarding cases. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to truly make a difference—in a practice where your voice is valued and your growth is supported.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive pre- and post-operative patient assessments
• Manage treatment plans and follow-up care for colorectal and anorectal conditions
• Collaborate with surgeons, hospital staff, and care teams across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Assist with procedures and wound care
• Educate and guide patients through their care journey
• Round at affiliated hospitals and provide ongoing support for surgical patients

What We're Looking For

• Arizona-licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP)
• Prior experience in general surgery, colorectal, GI, or a surgical setting is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence in independent decision-making and patient management
• A passion for providing top-tier care in a growing community

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with shared hospital rounding
• Based in the West Valley of Phoenix, serving locations in some of the fastest-developing areas of the metro region
