Arizona Autism Charter Schools (AZACS), the award-winning charter network for students with autism in Arizona, is seeking talented and compassionate professionals to join our Related Services team for the 2025/2026 school year.
We are hiring for various roles, including Occupational Therapists (OT), School Psychologists, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to support our exceptional students across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our Related Services team, you will:
- Provide direct therapy and interventions to students individually or in small groups.
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Deliver training and consultation to staff and families to support students' goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Desired & Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- OT: Current Arizona OT license and NBCOT certification.
- School Psychologist: valid Arizona School Psychologist certification.
- SLP: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and Arizona Department of Education certificate.
- SLPA: valid Arizona SLPA license.
- COTA: Valid Arizona COTA license and NBCOT certification.
- Experience working with children or students with special needs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an educational or autism-specific setting.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices for students with autism.
Campus Locations:
- Early Learning Center (K-3): Help our youngest learners build foundational skills.
- Main Campus (4th to 12th Grade): Support students in their academic and social growth.
- West Valley Campus (K-6th Grade): Be part of a close-knit community serving elementary students.
- Tucson Campus (6th to 12th Grade): Join our team at our expanding location.
- Online (K-12th Grade): Provide virtual support to students across the state.
- Note: Online candidates must reside in Arizona and be willing to travel to Phoenix, AZ once a month for professional development and/or team meetings.
Benefits
- Competitive pay based on experience
- School Psychologist, SLP, or OT: $75,000 to $100,000 DOE
- SLPA, COTA: $40,000 to $57,000 DOE
- Paid Time Off (80 hours), including paid federal holidays and school breaks

ADA AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Positions in this class require: stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
Light Work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Working Conditions:
Work is routinely performed in an indoor classroom environment working with students who may need behavioral supports.
