Our Services
Habilitation Provider
Habilitation permits a chance to think outside the box to help achieve the member's goals, which can be rewarding and fun! Duties include working 1:1 with a member to teach strategies on life skill goals that are specifically formulated to their strengths and weaknesses in the home and community. Helping the member achieve independence in the future with daily living skills per the Individual Support Plan (ISP), for example, making a meal, money management, stranger danger, personal hygiene, and more.
Respite Provider
Respite is a great time to fully interact with your clients and engage them in a preferred task, such as going to the park or playing with Legos. Duties include providing the family/immediate caregivers with a break. This may be provided in the home or community and is solely to supervise, care for, and entertain your member to ensure the parents or guardians are receiving a break.
