Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will understand the importance of customer service and have the skills necessary to find the right fit for families in Arizona. As the initial point of contact for our agency, it is essential that you make a strong impression during every interview you conduct.
What You’ll Do
This role requires a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for making a difference. It is a high-volume position, targeting 100-150 interviews each month. We value your time and energy and offer excellent monthly bonus opportunities and a competitive hourly wage. This position involves supporting our clients with developmental disabilities, and what you do is the most critical job in our agency.
What You Have
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not required
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of ATS systems and their process
- Ability to source, screen, schedule interviews, facilitate face-to-face and virtual interviews
- Knowledge of posting jobs on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Driven, self-motivated, and ability to work collaboratively with your team
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Education
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree (preferred)
