Job Description
We seek a skilled National Account Director to build strong relationships with key accounts in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will work closely with buying and sales teams to increase sales and productivity.
Essential Functions
- Manage Ready-to-Drink (RTD) tea, alcohol, and take-home business; set and monitor sales targets.
- Manage multi-million case C & P customers.
- Work with field personnel to create assortment, pricing, promotional strategies, etc.
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications and Skills
- 7 years experience in beverage sales (alcohol sales a plus).
- Demonstrate ability and experience in Manager, National and Regional C&P Chains.
- Experience with market retailers (Caseys, Cefco, Maverick, Circle K Northern Tier, Kwik Trip).
- Knowledge of Beverage IRI and VIP experience necessary.
- Ability to travel within a region.
