This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration and has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).

In this role, you will be managing operations of 2 bars (Spire and Wright) and report directly to the Director of Restaurants and Bars.
Spire Bar is a beautiful, 250-seat outdoor lounge that was added to the hotel in 2021. Wright Bar is the iconic lobby bar where the original Tequila Sunrise was created in the 1930's.
Manages, directs and organizes Bar operations to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

- Oversee daily operations of both bars, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and ambiance in both venues.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Financial & Business Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost control measures.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Oversee pricing, menu development, and promotional events to drive sales.
- Manage labor costs, scheduling, and staff productivity.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of bartenders, servers, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
- Ensure staff adhere to resort policies, customer service standards, and operational guidelines.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring top-tier service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with resort marketing teams to develop and execute promotional events, happy hours, and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor market trends and guest preferences to enhance beverage menus and experiences.
- Leverage social media and guest engagement tools to boost visibility and brand reputation.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in bar or hospitality management, preferably in a resort or high-volume setting. Must have 2 years of food and beverage Department Head or General Manager experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost control measures.
- Guest-Focused: Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledgeable: Expertise in mixology, bar operations, and industry trends.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and hospitality management tools.
