The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration and has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).

Our beautiful Tierra Luna Spa has a talented team delivering calming and unique experiences to our guests with cutting edge products and offerings inspired by the local culture and surroundings. The spa has 12 treatment rooms (indoor and outdoor), indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces, a cafe, contrast bathing (a hot tub and cold plunge pool), and one of the only freestanding outdoor Halotherapy rooms where guests can boost their immunity and cleanse their respiratory system. Duties
As a Hair Stylist, you would be responsible for providing professional haircare treatments for guests in the Spa. This includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

Duties
As a Hair Stylist, you would be responsible for providing professional haircare treatments for guests in the Spa. This includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Perform haircare services such as cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, updos.
- Provide knowledge to the guest for continued haircare utilizing products sold at the Spa.
- Utilize product efficiently. Maintain product inventory and salon cleanliness. Complete commission reports accurately and timely.
- Provide professional haircare treatments in accordance to industry practices and consistent manner with the Spa. Provide all guests with consistent services for up to an 8-hour period. Treatment durations are up to 50 minutes.
- Understand all aspects of hair cutting to include precision cutting, razor, clipper, and thinning shears.
- Possesses proficient styling skills to include setting the hair on hot rollers, curling irons, Velcro rollers, etc.
- Create stylish updos with techniques of extensions, braiding, veil mounting etc.
- Perform chemical services to include color, perms, and straightening techniques.
- Perform shampoo treatments and various scalp massage techniques.
- Properly educate guests in regard to hair services treatments and recommend appropriate products for each service given and other spa services.

Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Hair Stylist
- Certification from an accredited Cosmetology School
- Current Arizona State Cosmetology License
- Demonstrated competence in specialty treatments such as coloring, highlights, updos, cuts and styles, corrective coloring.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication,
- Flexible and adaptable
- Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Retail sales experience of hair care products
Salary : $150
