The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration and has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).

As a Restaurant Server, you would be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. The duties include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
Qualifications
- Prior Food & Beverage experience in a high-volume environment
- Proactive
- Organized
- Keen eye for detail
- Prior experience in a hotel or resort is a plus
- Food Handlers Card, preferred
- TIPS Certification, preferred
Salary : $150
