Requirements:
- 5-7 years minimum experience as a manager within the industry
- Computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Problem solving skills
- Planning skills
- Positive Attitude
- Strong sense of customer service
- Knowledge of various disabilities
- Must be eligible to obtain a finger print clearance card
- Must be able to pass through Central Registry (Department of Child Safety background check)
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Interact with DDD Clients/Support Coordinators/Direct Support Providers and families, building positive relationships with case managers and families.
- Responsible for day to day working of the branch
- Management of up to 6 people
- Working on strategies with HCBS team to build up their Client and Provider base
- Assist with recruiting and work closely with the front office
