Overview:
As a Risk Adjustment Specialist II at Arizona Complete Health, you'll play a critical role in helping us improve healthcare outcomes for our 28 million members. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement risk adjustment strategies that improve coding and documentation competencies among providers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk adjustment strategies to improve coding and documentation competencies among providers.
- Collaborate with providers to educate them on risk adjustment methodologies and best practices.
- Analyze data to identify trends and barriers to risk adjustment, and develop strategies to address them.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop training materials and facilitate provider education sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, coding, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ICD10 guidelines and coding principles.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
