What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 3 position at Arizona Department of Child Safety?
Under the direct supervision of the Permanency and Youth Services Administrator this position provides support services to the Permanency and Youth Services unit in complying with the the Federal IV-E and Chafee program, and IV-Extended Foster Care. This position will focus on administrative tasks, including verifying educational displacement requests, maintaining gift card logs, and completing service referrals and approvals in the Guardian Case Management system.

Job Duties :
- Complete and / or receive Service Requests and Service approvals for multiple contracted services monitored by the Permanency and Youth Services unit. Complete data collection of services and support Data Analyst in the documentation for huddle boards.
- Maintain a purchasing card (P-Card) receipts and usage. Facilitate the purchase of goods and to provide staff an efficient method of paying for goods and services.
- Develop or modifies procedures and forms to improve program effectiveness; interprets and explains organizational rules, regulations and functions; coordinates activities with other departments, agencies, community organizations and others;
- Verify Education displacement as needed when received and complete warranted return checks
- Other duties as assigned as related to the position.

The ideal candidate will have college experience with credit hours in child development, rehabilitation, counseling, psychology, social services, sociology or related field.
