This is a full-time on-site role for a Correctional Officer at the Arizona Department of Corrections. The Correctional Officer will be responsible for supervising inmates, enforcing facility rules, maintaining order and security within the facility, and providing support for rehabilitation programs.
- Supervisory Skills, Training, and Physical Security expertise
- Knowledge of Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions
- Physical fitness and ability to pass required training
- Experience working in a correctional facility is a plus
