The Department of Economic Security, Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services (DERS) strengthens Arizona communities by bridging and minimizing gaps to employment and independence.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter with the Human Resources Staffing Unit. This position will be responsible for the development of job announcements that capture the recruitment needs, screening of applicants and providing qualified candidates to the hiring managers.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Job Duties :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Review resumes, applications and interviews candidates; participate in panel interviews and / or proctors interviews.
- Maintain all staffing records ensuring record keeping is in compliance with Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) and division procedures.
- Confer with Division position control specialist to confirm vacant position numbers are in the proper classification and ensure that staffing efforts maintain established headcount.
- Attend job fairs in cooperation with Human Resources Administration Talent for recruitment of vacant positions.
