Job Duties:
-Providing individual, group, and family counseling sessions-Evaluating high risk/ suicidal youth to determine the potential for self-injury or injury to others-Administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests-Attending team and/or board meetings to make recommendations regarding the release of a youth-Assisting in the development of individual treatment plans-Making unit research recommendations
Pre-Employment Requirements:
REQUIRED: MUST possess a Master's Degree and current, active License from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) to engage in the practice of behavioral health in the State of Arizona
REQUIRED: MUST have a valid driver’s license
REQUIRED: Employment is contingent on the selected applicant passing a comprehensive background investigation, behavioral assessment, drug screening and pre-placement physical examination. No felony convictions
