Position Summary:
Are you outgoing, confident, friendly, enthusiastic, and love interacting with people? If so, the Arizona Diamondbacks want you to join our seasonal entertainment team, the Rally-backs. The Rally-backs are an integral part of the fan experience as a brand ambassador, with job duties that directly impact on our guests and their enjoyment of the Diamondbacks experience both at Chase Field and in the surrounding community.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Game:
- Attend pre-game meeting – receive game duties and instructions as well as review all necessary items.
- Greeting and welcoming fans at gates as they enter Chase Field.
- Interact with fans at the D-backs sign making station.
- Preform assigned pre-game show duties.
In-Game:
- Preform assigned in-game features.
- Appear on camera for live shots, in-game features, other items assigned.
- Hype up the crowd at Chase Field by leading chants or cheers.
Post-game:
- Perform assigned D-backs WIN show duties.
- Thank fans for attending the game as they exit Chase Field.
- Assist with any scheduled post-game ceremonies or performances.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Game and Event Presentation Manager

- Conflict Resolution: Use your problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment during stressful situations while displaying first class customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Candidates must be willing work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates must be available for in-person training and orientation sessions at Chase Field before the season starts.
- Sports marketing, entertainment, promotions, and/or customer service experience are preferred, however not required.
- Knowledge of and enjoyment of baseball is preferred, however not required.
- Additional talents (i.e. Dance, Juggling, Magic, etc.) are always welcomed.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and lift objects up to 30lbs
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, jumping, running, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
- Tryouts / Interview
- Candidates must be available for tryouts at Chase Field on January 25th, 2025. Applications must be received by January 13th, 2025. Tryouts are by invite only.
