What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Manager position at Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics?
This is NOT your typical quiet office front desk. It’s a hands-on role where you are interacting directly with families, their children, coaches and a small front desk staff. It can be noisy with the action coming in waves. You will be asked to do some Human Resource functions such as hiring, training, and providing corrective feedback. We need you to be the core of our Front Desk and help build a culture of enthusiasm for what we do. You will keep things organized, maintain high standards and help us to grow the business. Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics is a family owned and operated business offering programs for children of all ages, experience levels and abilities. We have a wide variety of class options for both the competitive and non-competitive athlete. We are seeking a Front Office Lead who can ensure a great experience for new families looking to become members as well as for our current members
Your primary schedule will be Monday 1:00 - 8:45 pm. Mon. - Thur. Saturday 8:00 - 2:30 pm. This is a Full Time hourly position (36 - 40 hours) that may require an occasional adjustment in any given week to ensure coverage for the desk or potentially one of the weekend events or activities.
Eventually we will ask you to manage our birthday parties. This involves booking and scheduling our events staff who will host them. Birthday Parties happen on Saturdays and Sundays.
