Job Description: Gymnastics Coach
Job Location: 22703 E. Germann Rd Queen Creek AZ 85142
THIS WILL BE A NEW FACILITY (Arizona Dynamics 3RD) IT WILL BE OPENING AUGUST 1ST BUT LOOKING TO HIRE NOW AND TRAIN IN OUR CHANDLER FACILITY UNTIL WE OPEN.
Position Overview: We are seeking Gymnastics Coaches who embodies excellence while fostering a positive and enjoyable working environment. This individual will lead our gymnastics program, ensuring high standards of coaching, team cohesion, and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead a team of gymnastics coaches with positivity, cohesion, and a commitment to excellence.
- Coaching Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of gymnastics training programs that promote skill development, safety, and athlete well-being.
- Program Management: Make informed decisions that prioritize the overall success and growth of the gymnastics program.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with assistant coaches, staff members, and administrative personnel to achieve program goals.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and support to assistant coaches, nurturing their professional growth and development.
- Athlete Development: Monitor athlete progress and ensure coaching practices align with individual and team goals.
- Parent and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders to enhance program support and visibility.

- Experience: Proven experience as a gymnastics coach, with a track record of coaching excellence and program leadership.

12-18 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
