Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant at ARIZONA FOOD MARKETING ALLIANCE (AFMA) in downtown Phoenix, AZ. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting in set up and execution of AFMA events and meetings, handling phone calls with professionalism, communicating effectively, managing correspondence, ordering and managing office supplies, entry level accounting responsibilities, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Clerical skills and a positive attitude will be essential for this role.

- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and accounts payable and receivable procedures
