Summary of Position :
The Information Technology Network Analyst is responsible for information technology issues, products and services. The position provides support for all hardware, software and networking equipment.
Essential Functions :
Property Support
- Maintain daily checks with backups at all properties.
- Identifies and implements solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of computers.
- Installs new hardware and software as needed and directed.
- Comply with the Arizona Grand Resort HEARTfelt culture (Vision, Values & Standards) of conduct as set forth in the resort communications.
- Maintains WSUS and ensures all computers have the most current updates
- Ensures proper controls are in place to safeguard systems and data
- Monitor network and hardware performance.
- Maintain current updates of all workstation’s A / V solution.
- Work with Senior Systems Engineer to maintain firmware updates of network equipment
- Maintains daily backup of all software for disaster recovery.
- In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions, with the allotment of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon particular requirements.
- Assist with other areas of IT, including assistance with remote sites.
- Assist the Senior Systems Engineer in projects.
- Diagram infrastructure for phone and Data.
- Support Camera systems for Security.
- FIO champions, “Figure It Out” environment.
- Superb time and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PCI compliance and contingency plan professional.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking and systems integration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, MS Exchange / Outlook and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to memorize and perform Resort Standards, AAA diamond standards, and Mystery shopper standards.
- Behaves ethically.

Qualifications :
Education : AS in Computer Science or comparable technical certification or experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Experience : Minimum of one year in a related position requiring hands on experience with computers and systems. Hotel IT experience is necessary for working with Groups and Guests for IT.
Certificates or Licenses : A , Network preferred but not required
