Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to manage front office duties or our phones department and enhance the patient experience at our clinics or Central Business Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively handle patient scheduling and referrals. The PCC will work closely with providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems (Athena preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
