Arizona Hi-Lift is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data in our systems. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure accurate and timely data entry for our equipment rental and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:Data Entry:
Enter customer information, order details, equipment data, and inventory records into the company’s database or management systems accurately and efficiently.Database Maintenance:
Review and update records as needed to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Perform routine audits of data to identify and correct any discrepancies.Order and Inventory Tracking:
Assist in tracking equipment rental orders, service requests, and inventory levels to ensure timely and correct information is available for the operations team.Customer Information Management:
Input new customer information and update existing customer records, including contact details, billing information, and order history.Data Organization and Reporting:
Organize data into spreadsheets or other formats as requested by management. Prepare and generate regular reports related to equipment usage, customer orders, and inventory.Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates of relevant information.Confidentiality and Compliance:
Ensure that all data entered is kept confidential and complies with company policies and legal requirements, particularly with respect to customer and financial information.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field is a plus).
- Experience: 1-2 years of data entry or clerical experience. Experience in the equipment rental or industrial sector is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and work independently.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with other departments.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
