About the Role:
As a CNA/LNA with Arizona Home Care, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients’ daily needs and well-being in their homes. Why Arizona Home Care?
• Pay rate: $32-$40 per visit base rate – additional compensation is available!
• No weekends!
• Flexible shifts: Choose East or West Valley coverage, or premium pay for all-valley coverage.
• Full-Time, Part-Time, Day shift schedules available.
• Mileage reimbursement $0.58 a mile for every mile in between the first and last 20 miles of your shift.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Support patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any needs.
• Document care provided promptly in electronic medical records in our EMR system.
Qualifications:
• Active CNA/LNA License.
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance.
• Ability to travel between patient homes within the assigned area.
• 1-2 years of Home Health Aide experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
