Chiropractic Assistant/Back Office

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant who loves and lives a healthy lifestyle to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Duties

• Conduct initial patient assessments to gather relevant medical history and current health concerns.
• Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans and exercises.
• Guide patients through passive and active therapy protocols including electrial muscle stimulation, laser, spinal decompression and therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.
• Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with patients and staff.
• Support patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or patient service role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient care.
• Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and compassionately.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
