Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Insurance Speciallist who loves and lives a healthy lifestyle to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. The ideal candidate must have experience working with insurance. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Experience with ChiroTouch Cloud is a bonus. Duties
- Basic front office duties including scheduling and checking patients in and out.
- Insurance verification.
- Checking and verifying patient insurance information to ensure proper coverage and billing.
- Entering client details, policy information, and other relevant data into the insurance agency's system.
- Addressing client inquiries, providing basic policy information, and resolving simple issues.
- Payment processing:
- Collecting co-pays or premiums as needed, following established procedures.
