What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Construction Foreman Residential Installation position at Arizona Living Landscape & Design?
Urgent opening ! The Landscape construction foreman must have experience working on a residential landscape installation crew. This is a physical job and you will work side by side with the crew motivating and instructing them on the project and working at the same time. You will be managing one job up to multiple jobs (DOE) at a time and working with the customer's and your crew managing the projects timeline and quality control.
You must be proficient in hardscaping such as prep and installation of pavers, leveling, Built-in BBQs, pony walls, entertainment walls, stone veneer, fire pits, TV walls, etc
Proficiency in prep and installation in synthetic turf and putting greens.
Proficiency in irrigation and repairs including installing sprinkler systems with PVC, poly pipe, timers, anti-syphon valves, gas lines, planting, low voltage lighting.
Proficient in reading drawings and understanding how it all goes together.
Willing to learn what you don't know and able to pick things up quickly.
