- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
- Assist operators and employees with setup and operational issues. Make adjustments to machinery to correct minor problems with product aesthetics, quality, or operational efficiency of equipment
- Repair mechanical issues such as replacing stripped bolts, broken belts, replaces motors, gear boxes, bearing, VFDs and drives.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in various machinery.
- Develop, fabricate and install various changes to machinery to improve operational performance or correct operational deficiencies
- Install electrical wiring, conduit, and disconnect for machinery and equipment.
- Set up new equipment and train operators on equipment usage.
- Purchase materials for repairs and/or replacement as directed if within spending guideline.
- Non-supervisory role.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of work experience needed.
- No certifications or licenses required.
- Must have moderate math skills.
- Moderate reading skills required.
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have basic language skills.
- Must have basic writing skills.
- Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
- Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
