Make sure all machines in the specialty packaging area are running and that production areas are fully staffed. Verify materials and products for each batch run. Track daily numbers and ensure department efficiency. Assist the supervisor as needed. Close out batch records on paper and in the MAS500 system.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
- Turn on the computers and printers in each room.
- Track production numbers.
- Make sure employees are in their positions to start work and know their duties. Obtain replacements as needed.
- Ensure that production materials are available to begin work.
- Ensure that the batch record is running and paperwork is accurate. Close it out upon completion.
- Track clean up, set up, and downtime.
- Retrieve all necessary samples required for batch.
Qualifications:
- Non-supervisory role.
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
- Three years of work experience.
- No certifications or licenses required.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Moderate reading skills required for batch records, emails, etc.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must have moderate language skills. Fluency in multiple languages desirable.
- Must have moderate writing skills.
- Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
- Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.

Production Area includes these environmental conditions:
- Exposure to food ingredients, including food allergens, in free-floating powder form.

- Protective equipment such as gloves, hearing protection, masks, back belts, or cGMP attire suits may be required or recommended in certain situations.
