Perform administrative functions for Quality Assurance purposes with batch records, vendor Certificates of Analysis, change orders, deviations and various other quality related documentation. Assure proper processing, handling and retention of Quality Assurance records. Communicate frequently with Laboratory, R&D, Sales, Scheduling and Quality Assurance departments.
· Follow all company policies and procedures.
· Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
· Process batch records, yellow cards, and packaging masters from multiple sites. This may include preparing the documents with accurate lot number, product name, signatures, dates, and supplemental material, scanning into App Extender, filing, and maintaining spreadsheets with all related data.
Review batch records for completeness and accuracy and ensure that Current Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Procurement Practices were followed, consulting with supervisor if needed.
Release or reject product based on testing results against specifications and completeness of batch record documentation.
Generate Certificates of Analysis for finished goods and send to appropriate salesperson, Customer Service Representative, and/or customer.
Catalog, box up and store sample retentions. If needed, pull retention from storage and ensure completeness of necessary documentation.
· Scan vendor Certificates of Analysis, packaging slips, change orders, deviations and various other quality documents.
· Maintain inventory and place orders for in-house labels.
· Maintain well organized and easily retrievable records of all documents and data.
· Pull records from retention room for in-house and customer needs.

Qualifications:
· Non-supervisory role.
· Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Some work experience.
· Must have basic math skills.
· Basic reading skills required.
· Basic computer skills needed.
· Must have basic language skills.
· Must have basic writing skills.
· Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
· Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
· Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
