We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider that focuses on bringing understanding and peace to patients and their families during what may seem like a confusing and challenging time.
This will be filled by either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, depending on best fit for the clinic. Please apply here if you are interested in either position.

Responsibilities:
In your job, you will have the ability to make a difference in a patient’s journey by:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for individual patients; provide education.
- Assist physicians and perform procedures as needed; conduct patient assessments and provide physician with information prior to seeing the patient.
- Complete patient office bill.
- Initiate and document appropriate interventions; evaluate and record patient/family response within practice protocol; prescribe drug therapies per protocol/physician consultation.
- May supervise the activities of clinical nursing and support staff.
- Provide case management for oncology clients and their families.
Minimum Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program for nursing education and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program.
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education.
- RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
- Current state licensure as Nurse Practitioner.
- Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
Minimum Qualifications for Physician Assistant:
- Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) certification.
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant in practicing state.
- Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
