Summary
IT Vendor Relations Manager
As the IT Vendor Relations Manager, youll serve as the primary liaison between internal business units and IT vendors, ensuring that vendor services meet operational expectations and business needs. Youll collaborate with various teams to address IT vendor-related challenges and drive the implementation of the companys IT sourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the main point of contact for all IT vendor services, facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and external vendors.
- Partner with business units to identify IT service needs, ensure vendors meet performance expectations, and address service gaps.
- Lead contract management and vendor engagement activities in collaboration with the Supply Chain procurement organization.
- Resolve complex issues that involve multiple stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with contractual obligations and business objectives.
- Knowledge of vendor relationships involving SaaS, PaaS and other cloud type software services.
