About the Role
As a Secretary at the State of Arizona, you will perform administrative and clerical duties with high accuracy and attention to detail. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to various state agencies and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Format, compose, and type routine correspondence using established protocols and guidelines.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
