We're seeking an innovative and strategic leader with deep IT Service Management (ITSM ) expertise and a passion for continuous improvement to lead our Digital Collaboration team. In this role, you'll oversee a team supporting platforms like ServiceNow, Atlassian, and other enterprise solutions, shaping the future of how we collaborate and deliver exceptional service.

Salary :
88,700 - $135,000; Depends on Experience
Essential Duties :
- Supervise and manage the overall development and activities of assigned staff.
- Direct and participate in the overall development, administration, and evaluation of assigned technology processes and procedures.
- Develop and execute a vision for digital collaboration platforms, aligning with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Drive the adoption of enterprise collaboration tools to enhance productivity and efficiency across the university.
- Participate in formulation of annual budget and controls ongoing operating budget.
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of platforms such as ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.), and other enterprise collaboration tools.
- Conduct direct liaison with university IT staff regarding ongoing operation, application and existing resources.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth..
- Administer the implementation of projects, and the application of policies.
- Take responsibility for fostering a positive culture, upholding organizational values, and championing engagement in all its forms.
- Collaborate across teams and actively participate in ET / ASU events and programs.

Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment / field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and / or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
