Job Description : Salary Range :
60,000 - $68,000 per year
Work Schedule :
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, which consists of a 60-40 split. This means employees will work three days at Arizona State University's Tempe office and two days remotely during a standard five-day workweek.
Essential Duties :
- Reviews contractual terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), university policy, local, state, and federal standards, regulations, and requirements.
- Oversees multiple contracts, including service agreements, amendments, software as a service (SaaS), consulting, commodities and guest speaker agreements.
- Assists with developing statements of work, schedules, work orders, and other contract requirements; and ensures proper contractual guidelines and policy procedures are followed.
- Reviews proposed, revised and current contracts for risk management, insurance, and indemnifications issues to ensure adherence with contract requirements.
- Maintains and updates procurement contract database to include but is not limited to : vendor name; contract term; expirations; pricing; general contract terms and conditions.
- Collaborates with procurement management, suppliers, Office of General Counsel (OGC), risk management and various departments to resolve purchase order conflict in reference to terms and conditions.
- Assists with the delivery of in-house training to promote participation and understanding of the contract process.
- Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment / field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and / or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
