The W. P. Carey School of Business, where business is personal , is searching for a Program Manager-Strategic Initiatives to join its Executive Education, Corporate Partnerships and Lifelong Learning team. This is a highly visible and impactful role in an important, growing and exciting unit at ASU's highly ranked W. P. Carey School of Business. You will contribute to the school's mission by leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives locally, nationally, and globally. As part of your role, you will work closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to plan, direct, organize, and execute on strategically important innovations that accelerate our educational and research outcomes. This position is eligible for flexible work arrangements after onboarding.

Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate-controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking. Essential Duties
- Delivers high complexity and high value projects
- Leads the development and execution of initiatives that meet requirements including innovation/growth, resiliency/service, and education outcomes
- Takes the lead role in finding funding sources, developing grant applications and managing grant funded projects and stakeholder relations
- Initiates and manages technological innovations that drive productivity, growth and collaborations within the school
- Works closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, budget, and outcomes; identifies critical resource expertise and targets appropriate internal and/or external sources to ensure optimal outcome(s)
- Establishes and continually monitors/manages project expectations with team; assigns tasks and identifies issues for resolution to ensure optimal team effectiveness Prepares and maintains all project status reports and schedules; tracks milestones/deliverables, critical paths and dependencies; re-sets expectations as needed in consideration of project progress/outcomes
- Responds to all inquiries regarding project status; prepares and responds to all regulatory reporting/filings to ensure compliance
