As a Camp Sunrays Coach, you will be working with other coaches and program coordinators to give our kiddos a fun and empowering camp experience. You will follow rotation schedules, give guidance, and encourage a positive learning environment.
If you don't have experience working with children or working at all, do not worry! We will teach you everything you need to know! This is a great opportunity to get experience working in the childhood development industry while staying active! The ideal candidate is creative, a strong communicator, passionate about learning, and desires an energetic working environment.

What to Expect
- The most high fives and fist bumps
- Endless smiles and laughs with kiddos
- Guiding groups of 10-12 kids through a variety of fun circuits and stations
- Chatting with parents during drop off & pick up

Responsibilities
- Learn and follow Arizona Sunrays guidelines
- Assist with drop off and pick up, this will include checking guardians ID's
- Provide instruction, guidance, and motivation for campers
- Develop positive work relationships with campers, guardians, and co-workers
Requirements
- Must be 16 years old
- Able to work 2 days a week
- Able to stand for hours at a time
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Enjoys working with children
- Passion for movement

Compensation: $14.70 - $18.00 per hour
