Typical Duties:
- Serves Students. Provides daily clerical/administrative support to faculty, staff, and students. Oversees the front desk/area by answering phones, and responding to inquiries in person, emails, and other forms of communication. Provides coverage for the gym as needed. Responsible for AWC and Adult Education admission, registration, cashiering and payments, intake, follow-up, onboarding, directing students around campus, and outreach support for new, and returning students. Assists in the enrollment process, financial aid, and handling of all confidential materials of AWC and Adult Education student records.
- Lead Proctor for Testing: Oversees and manages the administration of various exams, including but not limited to GED, TABE, CLEP, HESI, NHA, and other required assessments. Ensures the integrity and smooth operation of the testing process at the college.
- Provides support for strategic planning and inventory management for college events and operations. Assists in creating promotional materials, such as flyers, and supports the promotion of events, activities, and campus resources. Maintains accurate records to manage inventory and ensure the success of promotional events.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of clerical experience OR Two (2) years of experience working in customer service or directly with the public
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required; language proficiency must be demonstrated on application materials
Salary:
$16.19 - 17.16 per hour, depending on experience.
