In this pivotal role, you will operate under the direct oversight of the Clinical Director, contributing significantly to the successful functioning of the QSP Program. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating individual and group supervision sessions, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting our staff in delivering high-quality care to the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical support to QSP staff, including intake specialists, case managers, youth and family support staff, medical professionals, and clinicians while maintaining ethical and culturally competent practices.
- Facilitate and co-facilitate individual and group supervisions to uphold legal, procedural, and ethical standards in clinical decision-making.
- Review, approve, and ensure compliance of clinical documents with the requirements of managed health organizations and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to manage medical records requests, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Participate in a rotating on-call administrator schedule to provide after-hours telephonic support and guidance for field staff and families.
- Stay current with ongoing continuing education to maintain independent licensure and supervisory capabilities as per AzBBHE standards.
- Foster open lines of communication with clinical, medical, and administrative personnel, as well as with parents, caregivers, clients, and other service providers.
- Meet or exceed deadlines for documentation while demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Strong clinical acumen and commitment to ethical practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and culturally competent approaches to care.
- Experience in facilitating both individual and group supervision sessions.
- Must hold a valid license from the AzBBHE and be listed in the supervisor registry.
- Proven experience in a clinical supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
