The Sr. Service Consultant provides day-to-day oversight at the Littleton service center and facilitates the delivery, pickup, maintenance, cleaning, and quality processing of Arjo medical equipment.
The selected service professional will assist the Territory Service Manager (TSM) in the oversight Arjo employees – providing work assignments for daily activities and tracking service center metrics.
Also involved in compliance-related activities such as self-inspections and infection control to conform to, support, and enforce all company policies and procedures.
Full-time schedule: Mon-Fri / 7am-3:30pm
Other Day-to-Day Functions:
- Facilitate Littleton/Denver team’s delivery and placement of critical care medical equipment in area hospitals.
- Lead internal and external audits
- Inventory of products and parts for the service center. Monthly asset inventories within the service center.
- Drive a company fleet vehicle (box truck or van) to conduct field activities as needed.
- Participate in on-call and holiday work requirements as needed
- Assist in preparation and distribution of required reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Must be able to complete and pass a DOT physical and ensure ongoing compliance to all DOT requirements while actively employed in this position.
- Must travel as required to customer sites (overnight travel amount will vary depending on the territories to be covered).
- Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
