Dog Groomer

Ark Animal Hospital is a privately owned, full-service veterinary facility in Bucks County, featuring a state-of-the-art surgical center, outpatient hospital, and grooming salon. At Ark Animal Hospital, we take pride in providing individualized, high standards of care for our clients and their pets.

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Groomer to join our Ark Grooming Salon team. This W2 position requires a minimum of one year of professional grooming experience, with the drive to perform 4–8 quality finished grooms per day. We help you focus on what you do best - grooming - by providing dedicated staff to handle the majority of bathing, drying, de-shedding, fluffing, and cleaning. You’ll also benefit from not having to manage scheduling, phone calls, or most check-ins and check-outs.

We value a detail-oriented individual who collaborates well with others to achieve common goals. Candidates must be physically capable of performing job functions, including working directly with animals, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending frequently, and reliably commuting.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month
• Hours: Shifts generally run between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• Job Type: Full-time, 32–40 hours per week
• Salary: $30-70k yearly with guaranteed hourly and discretionary production bonus, as well as inclusion into the tip pool
