Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a nighttime facilities attendant at ARK Animal Hospital.
This role involves approximately 3 hours of cleaning per night, Monday through Friday or possibly 2-3 days per week, from 5PM to 8PM. The main responsibilities include:
- Daily sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Miscellaneous light cleaning of counter tops, sinks, doors, and windows
- Kennel cleaning and prepping
The ideal candidate should be able to navigate stairs and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the facilities of ARK Animal Hospital during nighttime hours
- Perform daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, including kennels and other designated spaces
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
