What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at ARK Basement Services?
Ark Basement Services is a family owned, basement waterproofing company and we are looking for fun and energetic person to serve as the Marketing Coordinator for our Erie location. Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Provide ideas and strategies to enhance company visibility across various channels.
- Participate in community networking events for our company at fairs, festivals, home shows and company presentations. This will include attending events and assisting with contact follow up once the events are over.
- Provide assistance with company social media accounts.
- Assist with maintaining excellent customer service for both existing and new clients.
- Help maintain and create reference materials for marketing events and company use. This may include brochures, yard signs, and give away merchandise.
Necessary qualification will include:
- Someone who is dependable and outgoing with a positive attitude.
- You must have a willingness to learn about our business and gain the ability to answer questions confidently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for this position.
- The right person will be able to work well without direct supervision but also be able to maintain a direct line of communication with the manager.
- A flexible schedule will be important as some events fall on the weekends and evenings.
- Dependable transportation.
Time will be divided between community marketing events and in the office. If you are a people person with a flexible schedule this might be a position for you. Marketing or public relations experience will be helpful but are not necessary. We will provide you with the training you need to be successful at this job.
