You will own the day-to-day program operations—training, QBRs, pipeline management—and be ready to roll up your sleeves on deals when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Enablement & Training: Develop and maintain customized playbooks and conduct product training sessions to ensure partner success.
- Program Operations & Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the partner program, including check-ins, deal registration, partner communications, and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
- Program Expansion: Identify prospective channel and reseller partners, pitch ark data centers’ value proposition, and onboard new relationships.
- Deal Facilitation: Support partners and internal salespeople in navigating the deal lifecycle—from initial discovery to contract close.
- Performance Analysis: Track partner metrics, lead QBRs, and optimize processes to boost revenue and growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing & Product teams to create co-branded materials and align on go-to-market strategies.
- Program Expansion: Identify prospective channel and reseller partners, pitch ark data centers' value proposition, and onboard new relationships.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, strategy, investment banking, or other high-intensity environments that require strong organizational and communication skills.
- Confident communicator able to pitch the partner program, run end-to-end deals, and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to track multiple projects and partner relationships simultaneously.
- Proficient in PowerPoint (or similar tools) to create compelling presentations and collateral; familiarity with CRM deal registration systems, and partner portals is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently, showing initiative, and driving processes forward with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations).
- Experience with channel sales or partnerships in a technology or digital infrastructure environment is a plus.

- The base compensation for this position is $81,000-121,500 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and skillsets.
