Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at Branford Hills , a 190 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, seeks a Full-Time Business Office Manager to handle all items related to patient billing, accounts, receivable, census processing.
Experience required in the following responsibilties :
- Direct processing of accounts receivable, private and TPA billing, cash deposits, and posting
- Monitor private pay spend down and monitor timely conversions to Medicaid pending
- Manage Medicaid pending tracking
- Meet with residents (or family / responsible party) to explain specific financial obligations
- Maintain facility census and
- File timely Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance claims
- Other duties as directed
Preferred candidates will have prior, proven experience as a Business Office Manager within a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care setting.
