Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at Branford Hills is seeking a Per Diem Registered Dietitian who focuses on the creation of a nutritional plan that fosters healing and provides knowledgeable and compassionate services to our special population of residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating Nutritional assessment based on physician or medical provider orders
- Tracking Patient Progress
- Educating Patient and Families on their specific dietary needs
- Developing appropriate interventions to improve nutritional care
- Entering Patient information in EMR database
- Reviewing and assessing patient weight data
Registered Dietitian will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and listening skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Strong analytic skills
- Willingness to continue training and research
- Compassion and genuine interest in helping others
