Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at St. Camillus, a 124-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the Heart of Stamford, is seeking experienced Per Diem Cook Supervisors to join our Dietary Team.
Experienced Cook Supervisor will :
- Be responsible for the safe preparation and serving of resident meals, while ensuring patient nutritional needs are met.
- Adhere to local, state and federal food safety regulations
- Document food, refrigeration, and freezer temperature
- Have prior expericence food service experience in a fast paced healthcare setting
- Operate kitchen equipment and ensure clean, sanitary conditions
- Hold a ServSafe certification
- Have ability to supervise others
- Carry out any duties as assigned by Food Service Supervisor
